Dana is an International GYROTONIC® Master Trainer, GYROTONER™ Master Trainer. Leg Extension Unit Master Trainer, GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer and a GYROTONIC® Level 2 certified instructor. Dana has also presented the GYROKINESIS® exercise method at the IADMS conference in 2007 and other national conferences such as Mind your Body, and Australian Pilates Method Association.
Dana is also trained in Pilates as a Post-Rehab instructor with Polestar, certified by APMA and Physical Mind Method.  She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Exercise Science degree in Rehabilitation at Charles Sturt University.

Jodie McGuinness has been practicing GYROTONIC® for 6 years in Melbourne. Jodie was Dana’s first Australian client in GYROTONIC® and the first person in Australia to practice GYROTONIC® exercise. After studying with Dana Rader as her Master Trainer, Jodie became a certified Level 1 Gyrotonic instructor in 2005, and certified in GYROTONER™ in 2007. 
 

Jodie has recently taken leave from her corporate event planning career to give birth to twin sons. Jodie continued to practice GYROTONIC® and GYROTONER™ through the course of her pregnancy right up to the last week, and was back in the studio practicing and teaching within 3 months. She brings her personal experience with the method into her teaching and enjoys working with pre-natal, post natal women, as well as all new mums.

Lorna Bower - Moving from the UK to the Mornington Peninsula in 2005, Lorna discovered GYROTONIC® methodology in Sydney and has now been practicing GYROTONIC® exercises for two years in Melbourne with Dana Rader as her Master trainer. In 2009 Lorna became a certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 instructor and also completed an Elite Athletes Training course based on Gyrotonic exercises to increase her repertoire base. Having practiced yoga for many years, Lorna enjoys the individual experience that the GYROTONIC® method offers her and clients.
